Galarza Residence

The project consists of a weekend residence that was born as a place of retreat and coexistence. Achieved in a scheme where all activities converge in the central garden, this being the guiding element of the project. The house is fully functional and the materials used are from the region, such as Galarza stone.

The function of the project is governed by two volumetric wings perpendicular to each other, one houses the private area (bedrooms, gym and family room) and the other the living and service area. Thus achieving a singular harmony conceived in exteriors and interiors by the application of clear materials and textures on walls and ceilings that sometimes contrast with darker shades on pergolas and doors.
